Reflexology

Reflexology is the technique of applying gentle pressure to points on the feet called reflexes. The reflexes correspond to different organs of the body, by working on the reflexes we can help to stimulate the body's natural healing processes. Reflexology does not heal, it helps the body to help itself.
Reflexology may help with:
- Skin problems
- Digestive disorders
- Hormonal imbalances
- Stress & Anxiety
- Stress related sleep disorders
- Fertility issues
- Pregnancy
Reflexology can be beneficial and enjoyable to everyone. It is a safe gentle therapy making it suitable for people of all ages. Some people say they do not like having their feet touched as they are very ticklish, however once they have had a treatment they are suprised by how much they enjoyed it and how relaxing it was. Some people also feel embarrased about their feet, but there really is no need as reflexologists see many feet in all shapes, sizes, and conditions. Reflexologists find feet fascinating as they can reveal alot about the persons health.
Reflexologists do not claim to cure or diagnose. Reflexology should not be used as a substitue for conventional medicine.
